DR. H. S. Maltha, SIK, SH, M.SI, who is familiarly known as “Bang Maltha”, is a retired National Police General who previously served as Head of the International Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police. This burly man, who graduated from the Police Academy in 1985, has experience in the fields of investigation, intelligence and international relations.
Previously, this man with the rank of two star general, born in Lhokseumawe, Aceh, started serving as PAMAPTA POLRES CIANJUR POLDA JABAR in 1984 and dozens of other positions which he held until the end of his career as KADIVHUBINTER POLRI in 2017 and MAIN POLICY ANALYST OF BAHARKAM POLRI in 2017. 2020.
