77th Anniversary Republic Of Indonesia (RI) Presented By Simple Ceremony
Langsa City (ANN) – The Langsa City Government decided to commemorate the 77th Independence Day (HUT) of the Republic of Indonesia on August 17, 2022 to take place in a simple and limited manner at the Langsa Mayor’s Hall. Likewise, the Red and White Flag Lowering Ceremony was carried out at the same place. This was conveyed by the Deputy Chairman of the 77th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia in Langsa City, M. Husin, S.Sos. MM in his office on Thursday (11/8).
This decision was taken based on the Letter of the Minister of State Secretary Number B-620/M/S/TU/.00.04/07/2022 dated July 12, 2022. In point four it is explained to organize programs and activities, both online and offline to enliven the Independence Month and Decisions Final Evaluation Meeting of the Committee for the 77th Indonesian Independence Day in Langsa City on August 10, 2022.
According to M. Husin, who is also the spokesperson for the Langsa City Covid-19, that the ceremony for the proclamation and lowering of the flag in the afternoon was carried out in a simple and solemn and very minimalist manner, plus adhered to the Covid-19 prevention health protocol. This year’s 77th RI Anniversary ceremony is different from the implementation of the year before Covid-19, according to the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 39 of 2022 concerning the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) that Langsa City is at level one, namely Implementation of Activities by implementing Health Protocols more strictly .
It was explained that the participants of the ceremony were limited to only the Forkopimda elements, the Heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), TNI/Polri, Satpol PP and BPBD in a limited number. Then the ASN/Honorer/Contracts are required to take part in the virtual ceremony at their respective offices and schools by wearing Korpri clothes and black and white for Non-PNS.
Then said M. Husin who is also the Head of the Langsa City Communication and Information Office, the Paskibraka still had flag borers, only row 8, then rows 17 and 45 after entering the pavilion, they were conditioned to their original places. We apologize to the people of Langsa City that this year the flag ceremony cannot be held at Merdeka Square, Carnival and other sports competitions that have the potential to cause crowds considering that PPKM is not over yet.
