Jakarta (ANN) – The momentum for the commemoration of the Birthday of Pancasila, must be a milestone for our awakening in strengthening the life of the nation and state. With Pancasila we strengthen our national commitment, our nationalism, and actualize the values of Pancasila in the life of society and the state.
This was conveyed by the President Director of the IRJ Group, who is also the Chairman of the Indonesia Terang Party, Dr (Cn) Hj. Rizayati to the media crew in Jakarta, Wednesday (1/6/2022)
“In the midst of the nation’s current problems, we need to re-examine the noble values in the Pancasila precepts as our foundation for determining our attitude to act in the life of the nation and homeland again to test loyalty to the state and nation,” said Hj. Rizayati
The noble values in the Pancasila precepts, said Hj. Rizayati, will bring our nation to become a strong nation, solid in the frame of Diversity.
“The norms which are the content of the noble values of Pancasila are a reflection and a very pure attitude and must be upheld and can be implemented when this nation is in a slump. Togetherness with a sense of unity and having a common sense we can rise again, come back to achieve a better, advanced, and always United Indonesia,” he said.
Hj. Rizayati said, Pancasila, not only has united us all, but has also been a guide when the Indonesian nation faces challenges and trials.
As is known, June 1 was officially designated as a national holiday of the Birth of Pancasila through Presidential Decree Number 24 of 2016 President Joko Widodo. Jokowi conveyed this decision through a speech at the commemoration of Bung Karno’s speech on June 1, 1945 at Gedung Merdeka, Bandung on June 1, 2016.
